Chop a cabbage in seconds or slice tomatoes paper-thin: this is exactly what the Chinese chef’s knife is made for. Forged from a single piece of WÜSTHOF steel, it offers precision and plenty of power in your hand. The large blade is also ideal for transferring chopped ingredients from the blade into the pot. The finely ground edge ensures exceptional sharpness. However, it should not be used for bones or very hard fruits (e.g., coconuts). For these tasks, we recommend a European cleaver or a chopping knife.
Thanks to the selected blade steel, this knife is not prone to chipping at the edge. The special synthetic handle is securely riveted, making it hygienic and easy to care for.
