The classic among knives that belongs in every kitchen. In addition to bread, this knife is also suitable for hard-skinned vegetables and fruit as well as for roasts, e.g. pork roast with crackling. The concave, i.e. inward-curved, serrated edge of the blade works like the teeth of a saw, only much more delicate. This means you do not need to apply pressure to cut all types of bread.
