This Japanese Gyutou kitchen knife from Tsubazo features a blade made of stainless Daido 1K6 steel with a hammered finish. The handle, crafted from pakkawood with a plastic ferrule, fits comfortably in the hand thanks to its oval shape, making it ideal for both right- and left-handed users. This Gyutou knife has a double bevel and is used in Asian cuisine for preparing vegetables, fish, and meat. Not suitable for dishwasher use.
