Tsubazo - Japanese Nakiri

This Japanese Nakiri kitchen knife from Tsubazo features a double-sided ground blade made of stainless Daido 1K6 steel with a hammered finish. The handle made of pakkawood with a plastic ferrule fits perfectly in the hand of both right- and left-handed users thanks to its oval shape. The Nakiri is typically used for cutting and chopping fruits and vegetables. Not suitable for dishwasher use.
