The Yaxell chef’s knife from the SUPER GOU 161 series features a finely patterned damascus design on the blade, created from 80 layers of stainless carbon steel applied to each side of the stainless SG-2 high-performance steel core. This results in a total of 161 layers with an impressive Rockwell hardness of 63 degrees. The handle is finished with an 18/10 stainless steel end cap, providing additional stability. The handle itself is made from durable, red-black linen micarta with a wood-like appearance, secured to the handle with three stainless rivets.
