Product description

3M flexible sanding belt (very soft backing) for belt grinders for knife sharpening.

Suitable for blade grinding and knife sharpening
Produces a very fine grind pattern
Very long service life
For flat grinding, we recommend using a graphite backing instead of a steel backing due to the very soft T-backing
The belt speed should be set relatively slow
For dry grinding

For knife sharpening, the belt speed should not exceed 6 m/s, ideally 2-3 m/s.
