Right of Withdrawal

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. If you requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
