The protection of your personal data is especially important to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy notice, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.
If you contact us via a form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for 12 months for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.
We only store data that you transmit to us via forms. If you wish to delete this data, this is possible under "My Account" in the webshop.
In addition, the following data will also be stored for the purpose of contract fulfillment: name, address, telephone number (if provided), tax number (if provided).
The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.
Data will not be transmitted to third parties, except for the transmission of payment data to the processing banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, and to the transport or shipping company commissioned by us for delivery of the goods.
In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the fiscal retention period (7 years). The data – name, address, purchased goods, and date of purchase – will also be stored until the end of product liability (10 years).
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been infringed in any other way, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
