We store this data only for as long as it is necessary to process and document the enquiry. Beyond that, we store data only if and for as long as this is necessary for the performance of a contract, for evidence purposes, or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims, for example until the expiry of relevant limitation periods or until the conclusion of any legal dispute. Our website uses only technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the online shop. This includes in particular a session cookie so that the shopping cart and login work during your visit. In addition, a cookie for staying logged in is set only if you actively choose this during login, for example by ticking "Stay logged in". These cookies are not used for analytics or marketing purposes.
