Böhler N679 / BECUT are the further development of 1.4153, called Niolox. This is a niobium-alloyed corrosion-resistant blade steel for fine edges.

Hardening:
Annealing: Hold for 2 hours at 840°C - 860°C, then cool slowly

Laser cut, rolled & annealed
Austrian or German production
Edges may be sharp – risk of cuts! Always wear appropriate protective equipment when working: gloves, safety glasses, and a dust mask. Store in a dry place to prevent corrosion. Not suitable for children – not a toy!
