The waiting time is approximately 2 weeks.
The sword or blade is hardened and tempered externally by our partner hardening facility.
Afterwards, it is straightened in-house by us.
As a rule, we have the sword hardened to 50 (+-2) HRC.
The material thickness at the edge should be at least approx. 1mm .
During hardening, blades may warp; we will attempt to straighten them, but in extremely rare cases the blade may break. We do not provide any warranty for warping or breakage during hardening.
