We offer a highly qualified hardening service; the blades are hardened in our furnace. Afterwards, they are deep-frozen and tempered.
Stainless rings or small parts are hardened in a protective gas (argon). They are then deep-frozen and tempered.
We harden all common stainless and non-stainless blade steels.
During hardening, blades may warp; we will attempt to straighten them, but in extremely rare cases the blade may break. We do not provide any warranty for warping or breakage during hardening.
