Horl 2 Cruise Rolling Sharpener

The Horl 2 Cruise Rolling Sharpener is the latest development in the Horl rolling sharpener family. The main advantage of the rolling sharpener is the consistent angle, making it very easy to achieve uniform sharpness.

For first-time use, we recommend sharpening each knife until you can clearly feel a burr on the opposite side. Then turn the knife over and repeat on the other side. This process may take a few minutes to establish the new sharpening angle. After sharpening, both sides can be honed with the honing wheel.

Horl Diamond Grinding Wheel
The industrial diamonds used are suitable for all types of blade steel; sharpening is done without water/oil and with light pressure. With proper use, the diamond grinding wheel never needs to be replaced.
Thanks to the 46 μm grit, the rolling sharpener works efficiently and precisely.

To refine the blade edge after sharpening, both sides are honed using this honing wheel.
