Hunting blade (PM Böhler S290)

Hunting knife blade made from extremely high-alloy Böhler S290 microclean PM, hardened and ground.
Various holes for handle assembly with 2 or 3 pin handle scales or optionally with bolsters.

• Hardened to tested 69 HRC (±1 HRC)
  • Each blank is individually hardness tested, with the value marked on the blank
• Flat grind, ground to approximately 0,3 - 0,4mm
  • Surface finish approx. grit K320
• Handle attachment with 4mm hole diameter, for bolsters 3mm
  • Ideal for our "screw rivets with 5mm head"
• Full tang
• low Stain-resistant, not stainless

The surface still has the oxide layer from protective gas hardening.
Finishing should be done with wet grinding using diamond sandpaper (alternatively silicon carbide).
