DS93X Drakkar is produced using a new technique, this pattern consists of only 72 layers. Drakkar is a type of layered damascus that is only revealed through blade grinding. It features the usual Damasteel quality and is made from RWL34 & PMC27, produced in sheet form.
Properties
Heat treatment
Hardening: 1050°C - 1080°C (air/oil)
Tempering: 2 hours at 180°C
Hardness: ~61 HRC
Edges may be sharp – risk of cuts! Always wear appropriate protective equipment when working: gloves, safety glasses, and a dust mask. Store in a dry place to prevent corrosion. Not suitable for children – not a toy!
